At Marysville Physical Therapy, we strive to be the best, most efficient physical therapy clinic. We put you, the patient, first. We do not have administrators that require our therapists to schedule visits on a certain frequency (for example, three times per week), length of visit (for example, every visit must be at least an hour long), or duration of therapy (for example, six weeks of therapy). That means our therapists base their clinical decisions on what you need, not on what puts the most money in the clinic's pocket. This saves you time and money.

Do you charge facility fees?
No, we do not charge facility fees. Facility fees are charges added to your bill to offset extra administrative costs incurred by clinics affiliated with hospitals. These fees are paid by your insurance and a portion is usually passed on to you. Since we are not affiliated with a hospital, we do not charge facility fees, and you do not have to pay them. We are the only therapists in Union County that do not charge facility fees.

I received a bill in the mail, and I have questions about it. Who do I talk to?

Do you offer payment plans?
We may offer payment plans on a case by case basis. Please call our office if you have concerns regarding payment.
I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill, but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
Insurance companies each calculate your responsible amount differently, and it can be quite confusing. If you don't understand your bill from the insurance company, please bring it to us and we can try to explain it.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit card, and credit cards, including those associated with flexible spending or health savings accounts.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Our office is Trustwave Compliance certified for safe use of credit card information. We do not store any credit card information.
What if I don't have insurance?
Marysville Physical Therapy allows self pay for physical therapy services. You will find our rates to be very competitive. If services are paid for at the time of service, the good faith estimate for an evaluation (first visit) is $150 and for a treatment visit (subsequent visits) is $80. Hospital based physical therapy clinics charge higher amounts for the same services as outpatient clinics. This higher amount includes a facility fee, which is a fee that covers overhead costs such as administrative costs. Physical therapists can charge facility fees if they work in an office owned by a hospital system, even if the clinic is not in the hospital building.
Below are two examples of the difference in physical therapy charges between hospital affiliated clinics and our clinic. Each was an actual cost difference brought to our attention by former patients. These patients and their insurance companies saved a lot of money by having physical therapy at our clinic.
